This is a hands-on leadership position seeking individuals who can think big, create structure and effectiveness in ambiguity, and draw on their deep dive understanding of the digital Ads landscape by leveraging experience in working with cross-functional teams, including distribution leaders, applied scientists and engineers.Key job responsibilitiesOwn the development of retail success strategy, on and off Amazon, product strategy for inventory, marketing coordination, pre-launch success and roadmap toward delivery, including test and learn plans, product design architecture and product optimization tools for product market fit.Develop and own key metrics and customer success drivers through partnership with business intelligence, inventory planning, consumer Stores organization, science, and business partners.Serve as the interface between partner teams to influence their roadmap and assure that we are positioned to deliver the highest value product for our customers.Provide thoughtful leadership rooted in data by generating customer insights, tracking competitive landscape and industry trends, and informing product refinements to keep Amazon as the forefront leader of Brand Advertising.A day in the lifeProven experience launching cold start products, including developing the launch strategy and roadmap, working with technical and non-technical teams, creative, applied analytics and engineering to develop, test, learn and adjust measurements for brand success.Managing and partnering with cross-functional teams directly is a must; this role will be part of a team, making key decisions for how the product and data models impact our ability to deliver for cold start consumer brands.Proven and tried experience understanding trade-offs given real world constraints regarding product performance, scalability, latency and security related to the build.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experienceBachelor's degree or equivalentExperience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definitionExperience with end to end product deliveryExperience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a productExperience as a product manager or ownerPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insightsExperience working across functional teams and senior stakeholdersAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
