About the position: This position will be assigned to the 773d FSS Marketing Department in JBER, AK.As a Regular Full-Time employee, you have a regular and continuous work schedule of at least 35 hours to a maximum of 40 hours per week.You are eligible for the following benefits and compensation: Health and Life Insurance, Awards, Leave, Retirement, 401K, Overtime Pay, Workers' Compensation, Shift Differential, Sunday Premium Pay, and Holiday Pay.DutiesImplements marketing initiatives for the 673 & 773 Force Support Squadron (FSS), under the direction of the Marketing Director, is at the forefront of driving visual communication efforts that shape the FSS brand. Major Duties:- Design and produce branded marketing materials, including posters, brochures, flyers, digital ads, among others.- Develop engaging multimedia content for social media, websites, and other platforms.- Use Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office to create high-quality designs.- Ensure brand consistency and accuracy across all visual and written materials.- Manage the design, layout, and timely production of the monthly FSS magazine.- Apply design principles, including style, typography, hierarchy, and pacing, to all media formats.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver marketing campaigns and promotional materials.- Conduct market research to enhance marketing strategies and improve customer engagement.- Write and edit copy for clarity and effective communication.- Assist with web management, email marketing, social media campaigns, and print production as needed.- Driving between facilities located on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson is required to perform duties.- Perform other related duties as assigned.If interested in applying for this position you may preview the online application: https://apply.usastaffing.gov/ViewQuestionnaire/12751728RequirementsThis position requires the incumbent to complete a background investigation with favorable results.The duties of this position require the incumbent to possess or obtain and maintain a valid state Driver's License in one of the 50 U.S. states or possessions to operate vehiclesThis position is subject to a pre-employment drug test.
