Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Leader of a diverse team of communication experts, focused on development, and engagement of all employees.Campaign Strategy: Lead the development and tactical execution of integrated marketing campaigns from product launches through commercialization and market growth.Channel Management: Create, deliver, and evaluate digital communications, content creation, social media, paid media, and SEO/SEM strategies to optimize the customer journey.Agency & Vendor Relations: Work closely with advertising agencies and manage external vendor relationships to ensure high-quality deliverables within budget.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with Portfolio Marketing Leaders, Agronomy experts, finance, demand, and sales teams to translate technical agricultural products into compelling, accessible customer messaging.Data & Analytics: Use data, analytics, and marketing automation platforms to track campaign performance, evaluate ROI, and optimize messaging.
