US - Marketing Specialist

As the Marketing Specialist, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate our brand presence, drive business growth, and engage our target audience. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in digital marketing, content creation, event management, and team leadership. Oversee the creation of engaging video content.Collaborate on video content strategies and ensure high-quality production.Put together Content Calendars for both online and in person events and social media content. Lead and manage small social media projects and campaigns.Oversee social media engagement and performance analysis.Develop and execute content marketing strategies across platforms (WeChat,Xiaohongshu/Wechat Channels, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).Manage multiple brand identities within a large group setting, ensuring consistent messaging. Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience (3+ years preferred) in a marketing management role, preferably in the real estate or finance industry.Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and event management.Experience managing marketing budgets and teams.Ability to lead and manage multiple projects and teams effectively.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making and leadership skills.Ability to work independently and lead small social media projects.Experience managing multiple brands within a large organization.Proficiency in marketing software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work in person at our Cupertino office.Real estate and finance experience is a plus.Bilingual in Mandarin - Fluent in Speaking and Writing is A MUST.
