U.S. Regulatory Advertising Leader

Seeking a senior regulatory leader, the full-time U.S. Regulatory Advertising Leader will define and execute regulatory strategy for promotional materials across the product lifecycle, providing expertise in FDA compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide senior regulatory expertise in FDA advertising and promotion requirements, including guidance and enforcement trends Lead regulatory oversight and approval for promotional and medical education materials across various platforms Build and mentor a high-performing U.S. regulatory Ad/Promo team while establishing governance frameworks for promotional review Required Qualifications: 15+ years of regulatory experience with 5-7+ years in advertising and promotion roles Deep expertise in the FDA Ad/Promo landscape Proven leadership in matrixed environments and experience supporting product launches Strong strategic mindset and executive communication skills Digitally savvy leader comfortable operating in AI-enabled environments
