Creates sales strategy and builds a culture of collaboration to achieve industry-wide (for example, Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)/Cosmetics etc.) sales targets within the annual operating plan by building plans to achieve internal annual objectives across various areas (for example, product management, platform, operations, finance, marketing, research, strategy, and sales); developing a sales strategy for the industry with a minimum sales target (for example, $30M+); finalizing revenue targets for each account along with general managers based on past trend analysis; recommending broad approaches and areas of opportunities to meet the targets and long range plans to senior leadership and team; highlighting areas of concern or bottlenecks to the leadership team; understanding the industry strategy across other departments (for example, marketing, eCommerce marketing, and Stores); and partnering with internal and external stakeholders (for... example, merchandising heads, general managers, senior partners of suppliers, agencies and marketers) to drive the business forward.
