Position Summary...The Director, Emerging Platforms is responsible for defining and scaling Walmart Marketing's emerging platforms strategy, driving customer growth through AI-driven discovery, agentic commerce, next-generation content ecosystems, and innovative marketing technologies. The team serves as organizational integrators and innovators, connecting teams, data, and platforms across site, app, and marketing into a unified customer growth engine. 10+ years of experience leading digital marketing, platform strategy, growth, innovation, product, or technology-focused teams. You will also receive PTO and/or PPTO that can be used for vacation, sick leave, holidays, or other purposes. The amount you receive depends on your job classification and length of employment.
