You'll be tasked with: • Creating a sales strategy for your subset of clients to achieve an annual sales target. You are expected to be regularly engaging with the clients and their agencies to understand general needs and providing appropriate product assistance; consulting with cross functional partners to create customized advertising solutions which meet the customer's needs; constructing learning agendas with results-driven strategies that can help scale the overall business; tracking against key performance metrics; and assisting in creation of a category playbook to demonstrate how marketers can leverage Walmart offerings. Deliver for the Customer with a high Customer Focus. • Builds strong and trusting relationships with team members and business partners; works collaboratively and cross-functionally to achieve objectives; and communicates with energy and positivity to motivate, influence, and inspire commitment and action. • Creates a discipline and focus around developing talent, promotes an environment allowing everyone to bring their best selves to work, empowers associates and partners to act in the best interest of the customer and company, and regularly recognizes others' contributions and accomplishments.
