As the Team Lead on the Mid Market Ad Sales team, you will report to the Head of Mid Market Sales. Operations: Continue to improve the operationalization of the Mid Market scaled businessWork with WMC cross functional teams & leadership to drive initiatives and supportLead a high-performing team of Partner Managers, Account Managers and Campaign Managers Coach, develop and inspire your direct reports Become an expert in WMC's solutions for businesses of all sizes Identify actionable insights to improve client results and team strategy Work cross-functionally within sales and other Walmart organizations to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction Identify opportunities to improve ad products and the customer experience Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in digital advertising sales, search, DR, performance advertising, platform sales,10+ years experience building and running business inclusive of Mid Market accounts 5 Years of managing a sales team in a scaled sales environment; P&L responsibility and oversight is a plusProven track record of building a business; Hiring, GTM strategy, comp plan development, P&L, operations, etc. Track record of Executive level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship managementStrong analytical and Excel skills are essential, as well as curiosity, persistence, and the ability to solve problems in a structured and scalable wayExceptional quantitative and qualitative analytical experience coupled with knowledge of operating principlesExperience in a fast-paced startup, sales, and/or online advertising environment strongly preferred Self-motivated, entrepreneurial and comfortable dealing with ambiguity Excellent written, verbal, communication, presentation skills, attention to detail, exceptionally organized, and diligent follow-through Strong understanding of Walmart consumer behavior and how Walmart helps suppliers, marketers and consumers Minimum QualificationsOutlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position.
