You should be comfortable working in the elements year-round and have the ability to work full-time. Ability to work well with a driven team. Be proficient in laminating, applying large format graphics, weeding, and applying cut vinyl in the shop and on-site. Be proficient with tools. Qualifications and Skills: 4-year Experience REQUIRED in vehicle graphics installations Ability to complete installs in an efficient and manner without sacrificing the quality of work Ability to work as an individual or as a team player to meet customers' installation needs Ability to communicate effectively to ensure every install result in a satisfied customer Previous experience in the sign industry a plus.
