We are seeking an energetic, hardworking, honest, and drug free individual to join our caring team, full time or part time, at a busy 2nd generation family owned small animal practice in Spokane Valley. Applicants must have excellent technical, phone, cashier and multi-tasking skills and previous customer service experience preferred, but willing to train the right individual. Computer skills with Windows based computer systems, email, and web searches necessary, as well as processing payment transactions, relaying information to/from clients to doctors and keeping detailed medical records. The ideal candidate must also be able and willing to assist the Veterinarian in daily tasks such as animal restraint, patient triage and hospital care, radiology, laboratory tasks, anesthesia monitoring, surgical prep and assistance, as well as general clinic maintenance, public relations, and typing pet prescriptions. Minimally a high school diploma is the educational requirement.
