We are looking for a dynamic Vice President, Associate Creative Director, Copywriter to lead our creative teams with a passion for both art and copy. In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to:

Inspire and train creative teams to produce exceptional work that meets and exceeds client expectations.Craft and present innovative creative strategies that resonate with clients.Uphold team morale while playing a key role in new business pitches.Help shape agency policies and procedures to align with our growth and vision.You will serve as the creative and strategic lead on a primary brand and several smaller accounts, significantly influencing both the agency's direction and the brand’s strategy. The ideal candidate will possess:

A minimum of 8 years' experience in an agency setting, demonstrating both creative and managerial capabilities.Exceptional presentation skills and advanced knowledge of brand, market, and agency dynamics.The ability to adeptly navigate the medical, regulatory, and legal considerations within the industry.Strong financial acumen, leadership qualities, and conceptual thinking.Proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Suites is essential.
