The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer acquisition funnel success, developing and optimizing creative assets, and staying at the forefront of creative trends and customer psychology, particularly in the online golf and training space. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in direct response creative leadership, with a focus on digital coaching, online courses, or e-commerce. Key responsibilities include leading the creative team, managing in-house and freelance creatives, and ensuring the production of high-performing VSLs, ads, emails, and landing pages. The role demands a true A-player with a passion for golf, who can resonate with the target audience and is adept at corporate branding, PR, and affairs for a growth stage company.
