The company is seeking strategic and execution-focused Vice President of Digital Marketing to lead digital marketing operations, ensure strong team and vendor execution, and support census growth across a multi-site behavioral health network. • Design campaign content strategy and campaign performance targets lead volume, conversion and cost. Management & Performance Oversight • Act as day-to-day point of contact for internal team and external vendors, ensuring work aligns with strategic priorities and contractual SLAs across: • Website maintenance and optimization • SEO / content strategy • Local SEO (GBP optimization, citations, reviews) • Content development and governance • Lead form optimization and chatbot UX • Conversion tracking and attribution • Paid marketing campaigns execution and optimization on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and LinkedIn • Hold team and vendors accountable to KPI and SLA targets, including website health indicators, content delivery timelines, and overall performance improvements. • Work with marketing and sales teams to align email and SMS marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
