Tasks: • Further develop and execute the global marketing strategy for one of the divisions (>USD 150M revenue) • Leading, coaching, and growing a cross-regional team of 20 employees in MarCom and Product Marketing • Driving brand awareness and implementing digital lead & demand generation initiatives • Overseeing multi-channel campaign management, including events, media, advertising, and email marketing • Ensuring consistent brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all regions and platforms • Aligning all communication activities with overarching corporate goals and priorities • Monitoring and optimizing campaign performance using KPIs and ROI-driven metrics
