Vice President Marketing

We’re partnering with a well-established, vertically integrated organization within the agriculture/fresh produce industry to identify a Vice President of Marketing to lead a pivotal evolution toward a more consumer-centric, direct-to-consumer strategy. This is a highly visible, enterprise-level role reporting to the CEO, with responsibility for shaping brand strategy, driving demand, and building a marketing function aligned to growth. What You’ll Own • Enterprise brand strategy, positioning, and storytelling across all channels • Development and execution of integrated demand generation campaigns • Consumer insights and analytics to inform growth, innovation, and engagement • Go-to-market strategy for new product launches and innovation platforms • Partnership with Sales and cross-functional leaders to drive commercial impact across retail and foodservice channels • Building and leading a high-performing, consumer-focused marketing team What We’re Looking For • 12+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience within consumer brands, fresh food, produce, or CPG • Experience in perishable, seasonal, or supply-driven categories strongly preferred • Demonstrated success building or evolving a consumer-first / DTC marketing strategy • Strong track record in brand building, demand creation, and product innovation • Experience translating consumer insights and data into actionable strategy • Proven ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels • Executive presence with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams Why This Role • Opportunity to help transform a respected, legacy brand into a more consumer-driven business • High-impact role with direct visibility to executive leadership • Ability to build and shape a modern marketing function from the ground up • Organization with a strong operational foundation and significant growth potential
