What We’re Looking For Proven revenue driver — 3+ years of hands-on experience growing sales, conversions, or revenue in a DTC, affiliate, or field sales environment.AI-native mindset — You don’t just “know about” AI tools—you use them daily to move faster and think bigger.Product page obsession — You’ve personally improved e-commerce conversion rates and can talk specifics about what you changed and why it worked.Channel versatility — Experience with affiliate programs, D2D sales models (solar, pest, or similar), or network marketing is a strong plus.Metabolic health enthusiasm — Genuine curiosity about science-backed supplementation and the metabolic health space.
