Vice President Marketing

The Vice President of Marketing reports to the CEO, is a member of the Suitable Senior Leadership Team, and is responsible for leading all aspects of Suitable's marketing programs, including both strategic and tactical initiatives. The Vice President of Marketing has skills that span the marketing spectrum and develops, owns, and manages all marketing initiatives and is a key driver for brand awareness and revenue growth, enabling rapid market expansion.This individual is a copyrighting maven, customer‑centric, and fiercely focused on achieving the Company's metric‑driven goals, with direct ownership of the goals for which marketing is responsible. They will create a culture of success and ongoing goal achievement, especially related to the achievement of the Company's primary goal of profitable revenue growth. Be "the expert" on the Suitable brand.Outcomes‑drivenDrive results with a sense of urgency.Set dramatic and compelling goals and achieve them, while pursuing long‑term vision without sacrificing short‑term results.Demand generation/sales promotionOwn responsibility for all aspects of demand generation activities and the qualification of marketing‑generated leads at the top of the funnel.Responsible for maintaining the marketing database.Develop, implement, and manage account‑based marketing initiatives.Leverage marketing automation, CRM, and social media platforms.Digital Marketing, channel management, and content strategyOwn all website/digital content (in all forms – text, video, animation, etc. ), social media, advertising (including paid social), publications, and print collateral.Develop and manage content in all formats (case studies, white papers, videos, etc.)
