What you will do: Establish the account's technical vision and lead the account's technological development including Strategy & Planning, Implementation and Deployment, and Operations Management Marketing Tech Stack- Develop our POV on what a world class marketing acquisition solution look like in credit card Work with our CTO on a strategy to migrate our solutions to the cloud and update our capabilities Materially contribute to the account's strategic direction, development, and future growth Work in a consultative fashion with internal partners (within Acxiom and across the IPG network) as an advisor of technologies that may improve their efficiency and effectiveness Engage strategically with external partners and evaluate/test new marketing technologies including CDP, Cloud Migration, and Analytics platforms. Provide leadership to mid and lower-level leaders/managers in a fashion that supports the company's culture, mission and values Communicate the technology strategy to... executives, management, staff, partners, customers, and stakeholders Mentor other account team members to develop more robust skills Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, emerging technologies, and software development best practices by attending relevant conferences and reading widely (including reading your peers' blogs) Monitor new technologies and assessing their potential to become new products or services, overseeing the selection of research projects to insure that they have the potential to add value to the account Ensure the account's internal technological processes and customer-facing services comply with community expectations and applicable laws and regulations for privacy, security, and social responsibility Promote achievement of the company's business goals within a context of community collaboration by developing policies for sharing software code, technological innovation, business processes, and other intellectual property Acts as a good steward and is mindful of revenue goals and budget plans What you will need: Bachelor's degree in business administration or information technology or related major or equivalent combination of education and experience 10 years management or strategic experience in this field; or MBA/MS in related field with 5 years' experience 5 years in managerial or strategic role involving all phases of Marketing. Digital preferred Experience in Back Office systems and knowledge in marketing workflow Familiar in Front Office systems and how they interact in an omni-channel marketing ecosystem Keen business acumen and proven executive management abilities based on prior experience Ability to have effective two-way communication with management and development team Provide leadership and motivation to the development team via a dynamic, confident and professional demeanor Experience with startup companies Proficiency in offshoring and other labor arbitrage tactics Familiar with multiple currently relevant software development methodologies Ability to discern user requirements and develop specifications Knowledge of web standards Knowledge of Internet protocols and RFC standards, database management systems, and revision control systems Familiarity with technical requirements of Internet marketing and search engine optimization Familiarity with information security vulnerabilities and risk management Familiarity with consumer privacy and payments industry compliance requirements Proven Leadership capability Strong writing and presentation skills Ability to actively communicate, inspire and motivate all levels of staff Ability to think and act strategically and proactively Executive level presence with internal and external champions and partners Command of technical subject matter at a strategic and tactical level Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences Keen attention to detail Superior Analytical, evaluation and problem-solving abilities Understanding of all phases of exploration in a lab environment including but not limited to ideation, exploration, incubation and implementation What will set you apart: MBA Knowledge of Acxiom products VP or above leadership experience #GD17 Primary Location City/State: Homebased - Conway, Arkansas Salary Range: Minimum Qualification Digital Marketing & Social Media, Marketing Research & AnalysisEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications
