As our senior sales leader, you'll be accountable for overall advertising sales performance, profitable achievement of sales goals, and setting/executing a sales strategy for company and client success. Job Responsibilities • You align the sales organization's objectives with business strategy, participating in local and corporate strategic planning, sales strategy development, forecasting, sales resource planning, and budgeting. • You lead learning and development initiatives impacting the sales organization and provide stewardship of sales and sales management talent. • 7 to 15 years of sales and sales management experience in a business-to-business sales environment.
