Driving demand and revenue growth, the full-time remote Vice President of B2B Marketing will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies targeting employer and health plan segments, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to enhance client adoption and market positioning. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the B2B marketing vision and roadmap aligned with company growth and revenue goals Establish multi-channel demand generation programs and optimize marketing funnel performance Design and execute account-based marketing strategies for strategic health plan and employer accounts Required Qualifications 12-15+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles Proven success in B2B marketing, preferably in the healthcare or benefits ecosystem Strong track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue growth Experience supporting enterprise sales with complex deal cycles Deep familiarity with supplemental benefits, digital health, or population health solutions preferred
