In this essential role, you will drive the creative strategy for high-impact direct response campaigns, focusing on creating compelling video sales letters, ads, and sales funnels that convert prospects into loyal customers. You will: • Lead our talented creative team and manage both in-house and freelance creatives • Oversee the production of high-performing VSLs, ads, emails, and landing pages • Utilize your deep understanding of customer acquisition funnels, CRO, and behavioral triggers to drive results • Implement a rapid testing and iteration process to constantly improve campaign effectiveness • Demonstrate a genuine passion for golf, connecting authentically with our target audience • Show expertise in corporate branding and public relations within a growth-oriented company
