Responsibilities include spearheading growth initiatives, fostering innovation, and meeting sales and ROI targets. You should be a collaborative leader with outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams across different locations and expertise.

The successful applicant will have at least 10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 5 years dedicated to paid search, affiliate, and display channels. A strong analytical mindset and the ability to extract actionable insights from complex data are crucial. This position requires an individual comfortable engaging with a wide range of staff—from senior leaders to brand-focused marketing teams—while demonstrating experience in managing teams to achieve performance-driven online media goals.
