Vice President of Marketing (Anchorage)

The ideal candidate will be skilled at leveraging both the analytical and creative aspects of consumer-centric marketing, will have a P&L mindset, will be drawn to the fluidity and pace of a high-growth venture, and will have an impressive track record of building consumer brands in a relevant industry vertical. As VP of Marketing at BRZ, you will lead our entire marketing organizationowning brand strategy, performance marketing, creative, and integrated campaigns across DTC, retail, and emerging channels. What you will do : Marketing Strategy & Execution : Own and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy across DTC, retail, and omnichannelbalancing storytelling with performance to drive awareness, acquisition, and loyalty.
