About the Role
The Company is looking for a dynamic Vice President of Marketing Strategy and Transformation to drive the evolution of our marketing organization. In this influential leadership position, you will be responsible for developing and managing a strategic marketing roadmap aligned with our ambitious growth priorities. Your role will entail leading high-impact, cross-functional initiatives covering digital marketing, customer acquisition, CRM, loyalty programs, and website transformation.
A major focus of this role will be to establish a streamlined cadence for the marketing team, modernize our marketing technology stack, and spearhead initiatives that enhance customer acquisition, increase conversion rates, boost retention, and elevate customer lifetime value. Additionally, you will create comprehensive executive-level reports, shape the long-term marketing strategy, and ensure successful execution of measurable initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be a builder with a robust background in strategy consulting, growth strategy, and business transformation, boasting a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. You should have a proven record of leading complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience in digital marketing and CRM is crucial. We value executive presence, influence across multiple functions, and a deep commitment to driving enterprise-level initiatives. Although industry-specific experience is not required, we highly value backgrounds in high-growth or rapidly scaling organizations, especially those backed by private equity.
