This is a critical leadership role where you’ll be responsible for national brand strategy and lead generation while also supporting and energizing franchise owners to market effectively in their communities. You\'ll be the voice of our brand and the catalyst for franchise marketing success.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Demand Creation

Build and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, search, email, and local advertising to drive qualified leadsManage PPC, SEO, LSA, paid social, organic content, retargeting, and email nurture workflowsTrack performance metrics and continuously optimize for cost-per-lead, lead-to-sale, and ROIBrand Buzz & Customer Engagement

Design and execute marketing campaigns that create word-of-mouth excitement and organic buzzDevelop brand moments that inspire sharing and user-generated contentLaunch community-driven, experiential, or guerrilla-style campaigns to elevate local presenceProduce high-impact content, contests, PR stories, and referral campaigns that get people talkingFranchise Owner Engagement & Enablement

Develop scalable toolkits, marketing playbooks, and campaign assets for franchisee useTrain, coach, and energize franchise owners to execute local marketing plans with confidenceHost ongoing webinars, calls, and support sessions to ensure alignment and drive adoptionPartner with franchisees to brainstorm, test, and implement grassroots campaigns in their marketsBuild incentive programs that reward high-performing local marketers and brand advocatesBrand Strategy & Franchise Marketing

Define and evolve national brand positioning, messaging, and visual standardsEnsure consistency across local and national marketing materials, websites, and campaignsSupport franchise development efforts by building strong B2B marketing assets and campaignsTeam & Vendor Leadership

Lead internal team members and external agency/vendor relationshipsManage budgets, timelines, and deliverables with accountability to performance KPIsPresent insights, campaign results, and new initiatives to executive leadership

Qualifications:

7+ years in marketing with 3+ years in a leadership or director-level roleExperience with multi-location, franchise, or home services brandsHands-on expertise in digital marketing (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, SEO, email automation, LSA, etc.)Proven success in building high-converting, buzz-worthy marketing campaignsExperience working directly with franchise owners and their teamsExcellent communicator with ability to build buy-in and inspire engagementCreative mindset with hands-on execution capabilitiesFamiliarity with marketing tech (HubSpot, HighLevel, GA4, Canva, ClickFunnels, etc.)Highly organized, proactive, and resourcefulBonus Points For:
