Vice President of Product & Engineering

The Company is seeking a VP of Product & Engineering to lead the cultivation of a product-led growth and engineering culture. The successful candidate will be responsible for general team leadership, including mentoring, growing, and retaining team members, as well as investing in their development. This role involves close collaboration with the executive management team, general managers, and the CTO to establish and plan the direction of the business. The VP will also be tasked with product and feature definition, driving user research and experience design, and managing infrastructure and engineering to ensure operational excellence. The role requires the ability to balance short-term deliverables with long-term strategic investments, manage global and remote teams, and foster an environment of innovation.
