Vice President of Sales and Marketing

ATA International is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Marketing & Sales to join our executive leadership team in Little Rock, Arkansas. The VP of Marketing & Sales will own the full customer journey—from brand awareness and demand generation through to sales pipeline, conversion, and retention. Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth Own and drive the sales pipeline from lead generation through close, ensuring alignment with marketing-generated demand Set and manage sales targets, KPIs, and forecasts; hold the team accountable to consistent performance metrics Build, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team—including account executives, business development, and inside sales Design and implement scalable sales processes, playbooks, and CRM workflows to improve pipeline velocity and win rates Cultivate and manage key customer and partner relationships to drive retention, upsell, and referral growth Partner with product and operations to ensure sales positioning is accurate, differentiated, and competitive Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred) or equivalent professional experience 7+ years of progressive leadership experience spanning both marketing and sales functions Demonstrated success driving revenue growth through integrated marketing and sales strategies Proven track record building, managing, and scaling high-performance teams across multiple disciplines Deep expertise in demand generation, brand strategy, digital marketing, and full-funnel campaign execution Strong sales leadership background including pipeline management, forecasting, CRM optimization, and team coaching Data-driven decision-maker with fluency in marketing analytics, sales reporting, and performance measurement Experience managing significant budgets across both marketing and sales operations Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft), email/SMS tools, CMS, and marketing automation
