You'll lead a team of product marketing managers to shape the go-to-market strategy and product roadmap for our premium video-focused products. • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement plans for TikTok's video offerings, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization. • Go-to-Market Strategy: Define clear go-to-market strategies for TikTok's suite of video ad products, working closely with the sales and regional teams. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product, Sales, and Marketing leadership to set OKRs and execute regional strategies effectively. • 5+ years of experience at a leading digital media platform, preferably in a go-to-market or product marketing capacity within the brand and/or video advertising space.
