Video Editor and Videographer

Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico The Role We’re looking for a Video Editor & Videographer with 2-3 years of hands-on experience who’s excited to both shoot and edit video and take ownership of the video process end to end. What We’re Looking For • 2+ years of experience in videography and video editing • Strong shooting skills (camera, lighting, audio fundamentals) • Strong editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools) • Comfort working across a wide range of project types and industries • Someone who enjoys variety and problem-solving, not just repeating the same type of work • Ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines • A collaborative mindset with clear communication skills • Excitement about taking ownership and growing the video function at Esparza Why Esparza • Work on a wide variety of creative projects and clients • Collaborative, creative team environment • Room to experiment, learn, and make an impact
