The Video & Social Media Specialist will support video post-production, social media marketing and digital campaign implementation. Professional experience in video editing, social media marketing, digital advertising or digital content creation Strong video editing skills and experience producing polished content for multiple platforms Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro Experience with color correction, audio cleanup, captions and export settings Understanding of social media platforms, paid advertising and campaign performance metrics Experience preparing video content for social media, websites, presentations and paid advertising Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Motion graphics skills and experience Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, file versions and deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to take direction, incorporate feedback and solve problems creatively Comfort working with clients, community partners and production teams Interest in public health, education, equity, civic engagement, nonprofits and community-centered communications
