Videographer & Creative Director

The Role We're looking for a Videographer & Creative Director to own the creative vision, production, and performance of video content across our client roster. You'll split your time between concepting campaigns, running shoots, directing interns and reviewing their edits, and using performance data to sharpen what we make next. Plan and run video shoots for a range of clients: testimonials, product/service features, behind-the-scenes, social-first content, and paid ad creative. Direct and mentor our video interns: assign shoots, give creative direction on set, and review their footage and edits for quality and brand fit. Experience running or contributing to paid social ad campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).
