Virtual Integrated Account Based Marketing Manager

The Integrated Account Based Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic, multi-channel ABM programs for IT Services. Reporting to the Director of Integrated Marketing, this role leads 1:1, 1:Few, and 1:Many campaigns and works closely with Sales, SDRs, and other Marketing teams. - Build and execute customized 1:1 ABM campaigns along with scalable 1:Few programs targeting priority accounts and buying groups - Partner closely with Sales, SDRs, and Client Success teams to align on account strategies and marketing priorities - Manage multi-channel campaigns including paid media, social selling, events, email, and tailored content - Track performance and optimize campaigns using tools such as Salesforce, Demandbase, LinkedIn, and Marketo - Create account-specific assets such as customized templates, presentations, and videos - Train and enable field teams on ABM best practices to support consistent execution - At least 7 years of B2B marketing experience within IT Services - Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in account based marketing roles - Strong background using Marketo, Demandbase, LinkedIn, and Salesforce - Proven ability to deliver high-performing campaigns in a fast-paced environment - Solid project management, analytical, and communication skills - Willingness to travel occasionally for business needs
