Board of Directors Count: 11 Budget: $13+ million Number of employees: 21 full-time, 7-11 seasonal/part- time Approximate Number of members/partners: 400 Summary of Position The Visitor Services Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Bureau’s Welcome Center, Convention Services, and Mailroom to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures. The position is responsible for training, coaching, and motivating their staff. Education/Experience/Skills High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required, associate or bachelor’s degree a plus, a minimum of five years customer service management related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
