Visual Designer/Social Media Manager

Part-time Visual Designer and Social Media Manager needed for a residential architecture firm The ideal candidate for this position will have a wide variety of graphics and artistic skills that will be used to create marketing and advertising materials, client-specific look books with photos and renderings of homes, watercolor and other renderings of house exteriors, etc. The position requires proficiency in the following: \\- Adobe InDesign - used primarily for text-based documents, booklets, posters, and floor plan marketing sheets. Must work with character and paragraph styles. Must have knowledge of smart layers and fill layers. \\- Architectural hand drawing ability is a must \\- SketchUp/3D modeling ability is a plus \\- Watercolor skill is a plus \\- Needs to be comfortable working with Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and Houzz Providing a portfolio (can be digital) as well as references will be part of the interview process Position is expected to be 20 - 30 hours per week
