Job Type: Remote, Contract to Hire Responsibilities • Collaborate closely with media buyers & marketing team to strategize and manage UGC content • Use extensive media libraries to select and enhance raw footage with appropriate transitions, text overlays, motion graphics, captions, and sound effects optimizing for sales-focused messaging • Create compelling narratives in a variety of styles such as testimonials, mashups, sizzle reels, UGC, kinetic text, or even static product images • Edit high-quality video ads for paid social media campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok) and e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Google Shopping) • Highlight product features and benefits in videos, using insights, analytics, or performance metrics to craft narratives that resonate with the intended audience • Use your creativity & intuition to diversify UGC beyond our library • Assist in finding new ways and angles to collect user content for new projects, with the opportunity to take on a larger creative strategy role as we scale. Qualifications • 2+ years experience as a Video Editor focused on UGC • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (Adobe Creative Suite bonus) • Strong aptitude for precision storytelling in a way that is clear, direct, and emotionally resonant for advertising • Knowledge of e-commerce trends to craft videos that drive engagement, clicks, and conversions • Comfortable with producing a high volume of videos with quick turnaround times • A portfolio showcasing UGC or e-commerce-related projects If you are someone who isn’t afraid to push creative boundaries and experiment with engaging storytelling techniques, we look forward to connecting with you!
