Volunteer SEO Specialist (Website, Google Ads & Analytics)

Organization Our Safe Space (501(c)(3))

Location Remote (U.S.-based preferred, Tucson a bonus!)

Time Commitment 3–5 hours per month (flexible)

The Opportunity

We’re ready to strengthen our digital presence and are looking for a volunteer with SEO experience to help optimize our website and support our Google Ads (Ad Grants) and Analytics efforts.

We already have a small team in place—this role will help guide strategy, improve visibility, and ensure we’re making the most of our tools.

What You’ll Do

Conduct basic SEO audits and recommend improvementsOptimize website content for search (keywords, structure, readability)Support and refine our Google Ads (Ad Grants) campaignsReview Google Analytics data and identify opportunities for growthHelp create simple, repeatable SEO best practices for our team

Who This Is Perfect For

Experience with SEO (personal, freelance, or professional)Familiar with Google Ads (especially Ad Grants) and/or Google AnalyticsAble to explain things simply to non-technical team and board membersOrganized and able to suggest practical improvementsEnjoys working independently with a flexible schedule

Bonus (Not Required)

Experience with nonprofits or mission-driven organizationsFamiliarity with WordPress, Wix, or similar platformsBasic understanding of content strategy or blogging
