This executive-level role will drive strategic media planning, strengthen client partnerships, and lead a high-performing team to deliver measurable business outcomes.You’ll combine data-driven strategy, media expertise, and client leadership to guide omnichannel campaigns and elevate client performance across paid, owned, and earned media.Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the Account Planning team , setting vision and driving performanceServe as a senior strategic advisor to clients, building strong executive relationshipsTranslate data and analytics into actionable marketing strategiesOversee campaign strategy, audience targeting, and measurement frameworksDrive client growth, retention, and revenue performanceCollaborate cross-functionally with Media, Digital, Analytics, and Ad Ops teamsContribute to new business development and pitch strategyCoach and mentor team members, fostering a high-performing, collaborative cultureQualifications15+ years in media strategy, account leadership, or agency environmentProven experience managing senior client relationships and large accountsStrong expertise in omnichannel media planning and performance marketingAbility to turn data into clear, compelling insights and presentationsExperience leading teams and driving operational excellenceStrategic mindset with a balance of analytical and creative thinkingBachelor's degree requiredMediassociates is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
