VP, Head of Paid Media

For our client, we are seeking a VP Head Of Paid Media to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will drive performance marketing initiatives focused on efficient acquisition, testing, and measurable revenue contribution. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a regulated financial services environment.

Location: Seattle, WA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $240,000 – $280,000 annually

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end paid acquisition strategy and execution across all channels Scale lead generation while balancing volume, quality, and conversion Build a portfolio-based approach to channel investment for optimal outcomes Drive growth by optimizing key performance marketing channels Foster a high-velocity testing culture within the marketing team Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance funnel efficiency and prioritize improvements Build and lead a high-performing in-house performance marketing team

Qualifications

15+ years in performance marketing, focusing on lead generation Experience managing large-scale paid media budgets Deep expertise in SEM, Paid Social, Programmatic, and Affiliate/Partner channels Proven ability to drive profitable growth at scale Strong analytical mindset for rapid, data-driven decisions Experience in marketplace businesses and financial services/high-consideration categories Hands-on operator with campaign execution experience
