For our client, we are seeking a VP Head Of Paid Media to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. Location: Seattle, WA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $240,000 – $280,000 annually Responsibilities Own end-to-end paid acquisition strategy and execution across all channels Scale lead generation while balancing volume, quality, and conversion Build a portfolio-based approach to channel investment for optimal outcomes Drive growth by optimizing key performance marketing channels Foster a high-velocity testing culture within the marketing team Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance funnel efficiency and prioritize improvements Build and lead a high-performing in-house performance marketing team
