What You’ll Do: • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives • Strengthen brand positioning and thought leadership in the healthcare PaaS space • Lead customer acquisition, retention, and digital marketing initiatives • Drive go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches • Optimize marketing performance through analytics and KPI • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align efforts • Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team What You Bring: • 8+ years of marketing experience, including 4+ years in leadership (SaaS, healthcare, or tech preferred) • Expertise in growth marketing, demand generation, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and digital advertising • Proven success in data-driven marketing strategies and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) • Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills • Passion for healthcare technology and improving patient outcomes Skills: Advertising, Brand Positioning, Communication Skills, Custom Media, Customer Acquisition, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems, Customer Retention/Renewal, Demand Generation, Healthcare, Leadership, Leading Edge Technology, Long-Term Care, Marketing, Marketing Strategy, Mentoring, Online Marketing, Patient Care, Performance Analysis, Performance Metrics, Performance Tuning/Optimization, Platform as a Service (PaaS), Product/Service Launch, Sales, Salesforce.com, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Software as a Service (SaaS), Team Player, Thought Leadership
