Nuuviaʼs flagship digital youth banking module is live with dozens of community banks and credit unions across the country, enabling them to acquire, grow, and retain youth accounts and deposits, promote financial health, and build long-term loyalty in an increasingly competitive marketplace. This is a player-coach role: you will set strategy, run point with the executive team and board, and also write the email, build the deck, and run the campaign yourself when the calendar demands it. Sit close to the CEO and sales leadership on positioning and partner narratives, and deliver regular marketing updates to leadership and the board. Prior ownership of a full marketing function — brand, demand generation, PR, content, and marketing operations — ideally as a Head of Marketing. Experience building or scaling a marketing team, including hiring and managing marketing or GTM support staff.
