VP - Marketing

We are seeking a Vice President of Marketing that can successfully direct and oversee Grimmway Farms Marketing Department. This key position will provide leadership, management, and creative marketing strategies to help drive the vision and strategy for the company. Work with company management, sales and production departments, as well as outside vendors; to design, develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies for all brands. Create project goals and objectives, budgets and timelines. Oversee and analyze promotions and campaigns to determine relative success of activity. Recommend and build promotional programs and calendars for customers. Hire, train and supervise Marketing Department employees. Oversee staff interaction with vendors, customers and internal staff. Develop operating budget for department and monitor costs.
