VP of Casino Marketing

What You’ll Do

Lead and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy spanning direct marketing, advertising, digital/social, PR, promotions, and entertainmentDrive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through segmentation, reinvestment strategies, and loyalty programsDevelop and implement annual marketing plans aligned with overall brand strategyAnalyze performance and ROI, optimizing campaigns for measurable resultsMonitor market trends and competitive activity to proactively adjust strategiesOversee daily operations, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and high service standardsBuild, mentor, and lead high-performing marketing teamsManage budgets and P&L performance to meet or exceed financial targets

What You Bring

7+ years of progressive senior marketing leadership with direct revenue responsibility in the casino industryProven experience in multiple and/or large casino or gaming environments (required)Expertise across full-cycle marketing: analytics, campaigns, database marketing, promotions, digital, and player developmentStrong financial acumen and ability to translate data into strategyExceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skillsBachelor’s degree required
