Responsible for the successful strategic direction, administration and coordination of all activities of the Hotel/Retail/Resorts department in accordance with the Mission and Objectives of Grand Casino, as well as established policies, procedures and controls. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • Analyzes service and general operations of all departments in the Hotel on a daily basis, giving feedback and offering direction, as needed. • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in a Business related field and/or ten (10) years experience in Hospitality or Gaming Operations Management • of the ten (10) years experience, a minimum of five (5) years experience must be in Administration or Operations
