OTAVA is seeking a strategic, hands-on marketing leader to drive revenue growth, strengthen market positioning, and build a high-performing marketing organization. This leader will own the company’s marketing strategy, demand generation, brand, product marketing, digital marketing, communications, partner marketing, and marketing operations while serving as a trusted partner to Sales, Product, Revenue Operations, and Executive Leadership.The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with operational excellence and enjoys building teams, improving processes, and remaining actively involved in execution. Develop and execute the company’s integrated marketing strategy aligned with corporate growth objectives.Build marketing programs that increase qualified pipeline, accelerate revenue growth, and improve customer acquisition and retention.Position Marketing as a strategic revenue-generating function and trusted partner to Sales.Develop annual marketing plans, budgets, KPIs, forecasts, and performance objectives.Demand Generation & Revenue Marketing Strong strategic planning and business acumen.Excellent understanding of enterprise B2B demand generation and revenue marketing.Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to translate data into business decisions.Experience developing marketing strategies based on measurable business outcomes.Deep understanding of complex B2B buying journeys.Exceptional leadership and talent development skills.Strong executive communication and presentation abilities.Ability to influence senior leadership and build consensus across departments.Excellent project, budget, and organizational management skills.Experience managing agency relationships and marketing technology platforms.Results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.Comfortable operating in both strategic and hands-on capacities.Education We are excited for you to join us!
