VP of Operations

Founded in 2009, StitcherAds is a Facebook Marketing Partner helping advertisers and agencies scale full-funnel performance marketing campaigns on Facebook & Instagram. Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, the VP of Operations oversees departmental operations, onboarding of new clients, ensuring all projects are completed on- time and on- budget. Client Onboarding * Define key operating metrics and ongoing processes for internal operational efficiencies for streamlined client onboarding and offboarding * Ensure the onboarding of new clients and solutions between Sales, Operations, and Success runs smoothly and on schedule in order to achieve client goals and maximize SA NR$ * Accountable for project management ownership of the onboarding process Procedures & Infrastructure Comms and Training * Oversee department-wide adoption, proper usage and training of necessary efficiency tools (Asana, HubSpot, Recapped, DAM, Drive, etc). * Execute rollouts of major operational systems or processes, including research/planning, training, adoption and measurement * Implement cross-functional processes and workflow, and hold teams accountable to adherence to best practices, and ensure the process is clear and centrally-documented * Drive a culture change cross- departmentally to improve operational excellence * Ensure cross-department workflows run smoothly between Success/Account Management, Creative and Data Services. **Apply for this job** ** > > https://app.hiremojo.com/mojo/ce/488299348/StitcherAds/Texas/Austin/Director- > of-Operations?sourceType=9 ** Once you have completed the interview, your information will be forwarded to the recruiting team for decisions on next steps.
