Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Sales & Marketing to lead our business development and marketing efforts across our North Carolina territories. The VP will oversee a high-performing team of Business Development Managers and Marketing professionals, working collaboratively with the executive team to align market strategies with operational goals. • Identify new business opportunities within residential, commercial, insurance, and property management markets. • Collaborates closely with Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Operations leadership to ensure alignment between sales commitments and service delivery, supporting a superior customer experience and consistent brand performance. Qualifications: • 5-7 years of experience in sales, marketing and communications, with previous experience in marketing or advertising, preferably in the restoration or construction industry.
