Rapidly expanding construction / development consulting, management and investment firm seeking executive to lead and grow sales and marketing efforts. Sales and marketing to include: * Direct Mail * Social Media * Internet Advertising * Target prospecting - mail, email, phone, in person * Seminars - in person and web Responsibilities: Creation, implementation and tracking of sales & marketing plan as well as leading sales efforts, new sales hires, training and oversight. Experience: Must have a minimum of 5+ years of direct sales and sales management of big-ticket items.
