Core Responsibilities
Support the Operations Manager in executing marketing strategies, campaigns, and timelines across all Ihara Collective businesses
Coordinate marketing tasks across teams to ensure priorities, deadlines, and deliverables are met
Maintain clear communication between marketing, sales, events, and leadership
Marketing Operations & Execution
Coordinate and manage Virtual Assistants for social media, content updates, basic video edits, graphics, and email execution
Ensure all social content is properly formatted with accurate captions, tagging, and SEO best practices
Maintain and update online profiles across Facebook, Google, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Review and quality-check all marketing content prior to publishing
Assist with creation of marketing assets using Canva or Adobe tools
Support website updates, blog publishing, link management, and SEO initiatives
Assist with online review collection and responses
Support setup and monitoring of paid advertising across major platforms
Content, Brand & Events Support
Generate content ideas for execution by the Content Creator
Maintain brand consistency across all materials and platforms
Collaborate with the Events Coordinator to maximize event visibility and attendance
Support event execution as needed
Additional Responsibilities
Collaborate cross-functionally to support shared goals
Assist with project tracking, organization, and KPI reporting
Adapt priorities based on campaigns, timelines, and business needs
Other projects as assigned
Brand-Specific Responsibilities
KW Real Estate Planner (KW REP)
Support creation and distribution of marketing tools focused on member retention
Assist with marketing strategies designed to grow membership and engagement
Coordinate promotion of live classes, virtual trainings, and events across all platforms
Ensure branding consistency across all KW REP materials
Produce monthly newsletters, sourcing relevant content for email and direct mail campaigns

Strategic Marketing & Growth
Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow listing leads and market share
Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility across channels
Collaborate with leadership to define goals and track performance metrics
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
Manage website content, social media, and email marketing
Support SEO and paid social strategies to generate leads and engagement
Track, measure, and analyze all marketing lead sources and ROI
Execute promotional campaigns for seminars, open houses, and local events
Produce monthly newsletters for clients and sphere of influence
Traditional & Print Marketing
Coordinate production of flyers, postcards, brochures, and mailers
Manage magazine and newspaper placements and editorial features
Oversee print campaign timelines and targeted distribution
Listing Marketing Support
Assist agents with listing marketing strategy and execution
Ensure listings receive maximum exposure across channels
Help create sales tools including presentations and property information sheets
Community Engagement & Networking
Support participation in local community events
Collaborate with partners to create joint marketing opportunities
Real Estate Wealth Hive
Generate marketing content ideas for programs and initiatives
Support launches, retention efforts, member communications, and templates
Assist with lead generation and sales support materials
Book Marketing Support
Coordinate marketing initiatives for Dan and Julie Ihara’s book including launch, pre-orders, and ongoing promotion
Manage timelines and assets to ensure accuracy and brand consistency
Support promotion through newsletters, landing pages, seminars, podcasts, and speaking engagements
Track engagement, conversions, and audience growth related to book marketing
Measurements of Success
Primary Metrics
Timely execution of marketing deliverables
Accuracy and consistency of published content
Effective coordination with team members and VAs
Growth in engagement, traffic, and lead activity
Secondary Metrics
Improved workflow organization and efficiency
Increased event attendance and campaign performance
Requirements
Valid driver license
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
Marketing or creative experience preferred
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Asana, Canva, or similar tools preferred
Social media and digital content management experience preferred
Work Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
