Essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following: • Successfully coordinate, implement and evaluate all aspects of the F&M Squash ACES program while working in partnership with key members of the F&M Athletic Department and the School District of Lancaster, including but not limited to, parental engagement and individual middle/high school student support, strategic planning, budget management, and annual reporting to donors and other key stakeholders. • Provide support for all Ware Institute programs, including but not limited to, administrative support and data tracking, delivery of programs/services, marketing, program assessment, and event planning. • Experience with mentoring students or delivering college-access programming is preferred. Because this position works with minors (non-F&M students under the age of 18) mandatory training must be completed prior to working with minors.
